Quality & Customer Service

I have ordered 3 bags from Lara. Unfortunately 1 was caught up in customs but Lara made it right and immediately resent my order (haven’t received yet!) but it’s on its way. My first bag was the keepall 45 cm and we had some slight quality concerns. As soon as I let Lara know she sent me a prepaid return label and immediately put an order in for a new bag. Her responsiveness and willingness to work with me was amazing. My most recent bag is the neverfull multicolor and I cannot say ENOUGH about how excellent the quality is! I absolutely love this bag! Thank you Lara for the great customer service and follow up.

Feels great

The leather feels good. The alignment of the LV logo is not perfect. The inside straps are not removable, I wish they were. But overall a nice bag.

To say I’m happy with my purchase is an understatement. I am absolutely thrilled with this bag. It definitely exceeded my expectations. When comparing it side by side to my other LV bags, there is not a stitch out of place. You literally can’t tell that it’s a gorgeous replica.
